ABOUT ME

Welcome to my page! Courtney's Canine Care is licensed, insured, and operated by me, Courtney Cooper. I am a Virginia Beach native, currently located in the Shore Drive area.

From an early age, I was always obsessed with animals, mostly dogs, of all shapes and sizes. Growing up, we always had dogs and I could not wait to have my own one day! Well, that moment has finally come and I am officially a dog mom to my handsome yellow lab, Mango!

I always dreamed of doing something that involved working with animals/dogs. In 2012, I completed a course to become a vet assistant and obtained a certificate. Shortly after, I figured out that that wasn't how I wanted to see animals. Here we are, years later!

I love providing my services to those who need someone reliable yet flexible to work with their needs/wants and trustworthy to take on the task of caring for their furr babies. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable, at ease and stress free while their pets are in my care!

Aside from spoiling my boy Mango - I love the beach (naturally), camping, hiking, traveling and any sort of outdoor adventure!

Dog Walking
- 30 min - $25

Drop-in Visit
- 30 min - $25
- 45 min - $35

Overnight Stay
(will typically begin between 9pm-10pm)
- 10 hours - $105
additional fees:
- holiday +$20
- puppy (under 1 year old) +$15

Serving Shore Dr VB & Surrounding areas

For those who will be out of town and booking Overnight Stays, you will also need to book at least one (typically two) drop-in visits during the day.

For those who will be out of town and book ONLY drop-in visits (no Overnight Stays), THREE visits minimum per day is required. These visits would typically be between 7:30am-9am, 1:30pm-3pm, and 8-9pm.

All visits can include feeding (if needed), fresh water, outside potty and playtime, brushing, lots of love and affection, and of course a treat!

Overnight visits can additionally include bringing in mail/newspaper/packages, watering plants, rotating blinds/lights, and taking trash bins to the street.
